1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SAT PrepPros website and services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

To use the Services you must register for an account with accurate information, including a valid email address and a unique nickname. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If a student using the Services is a minor under applicable law, a parent or legal guardian must consent to their use of the Services and is responsible for the account.

3. One Account, One Device

Accounts are personal and intended for a single user on a single active device. To protect against account sharing, our system binds your account to one active device at a time. Signing in from a new device requires verification by a one-time code sent to your account email, and changing devices is subject to a waiting period. Sharing your account, login details, or subscription with others is not permitted and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Access

The Services offer free access to certain content and paid ("Pro") subscriptions that unlock additional exams and features. The features included in each plan, and the duration of each plan, are described on our plans page and may change over time.

Explanations and solutions may be provided for questions available through our Question Bank and Question Rush features. Written explanations or solution steps are generally more likely to be available, while video explanations may be provided for selected questions at our discretion. Video explanations are not guaranteed for every question. We also do not guarantee that an explanation will be available for every question or that any explanation will always be complete, accurate, or free from errors. In some cases, an explanation may be unavailable, incomplete, or contain an error. We may correct, update, modify, or remove explanations at any time.

5. Payments

Payments are processed manually. To purchase a subscription, you make the payment using the details we provide and then submit a confirmation, including a screenshot, through the Services. An administrator reviews each submission and approves or rejects it. Your subscription becomes active only after approval.

You agree to submit only authentic, unaltered payment confirmations. Submitting a payment screenshot that has been fabricated, edited, generated using artificial intelligence tools, or otherwise falsified constitutes fraud. We employ verification measures to detect fraudulent submissions, including technical analysis of submitted images. Evidence of fraud is logged and retained.

6. Refunds

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription has been approved and activated, we do not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for unused time, unused features, change of mind, or failure to use the Services. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or provide access to your account or its content to others;
• attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with our security or device-verification systems;
• copy, distribute, or reproduce our exams, questions, explanations, or other content outside your personal exam preparation;
• use automated tools, bots, or AI-assisted methods to access, scrape, extract, or reproduce any content from the Services;
• submit false, edited, AI-generated, or otherwise fraudulent payment confirmations;
• file false payment disputes or chargebacks after receiving access to the Services;
• use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Our Content

All exams, questions, explanations, and other materials provided through the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our permission.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Services available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, share your account, submit fraudulent payments, or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Accounts found to have submitted falsified, AI-generated, or fraudulent payment confirmations will be permanently banned without appeal and without refund of any amounts paid. We reserve the right to retain all evidence of fraudulent activity — including submitted images, session logs, and device information — and to take appropriate legal action where permitted by applicable law.

If a user files a false payment dispute or chargeback with their bank after receiving access to the Services, we consider this a fraudulent act. We will provide the relevant financial institution or other appropriate parties with all evidence we hold, and the account will be permanently terminated. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action to recover any losses, costs, or damages and to protect our rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" for exam-preparation purposes. We do not guarantee any particular exam score or outcome. Questions, answer keys, explanations, solution steps, and other educational materials may contain errors or omissions, and we do not guarantee that all such content will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.
